Maryville U Selects ImageNow for Document Management

Maryville University in St. Louis, MO has selected ImageNow from Perceptive Software for a document management project in its accounts payable department, office of enrollment, and student service center. The institute chose the software because it integrated non-programmatically with Maryville's enterprise resource planning system, Datatel Colleague. Following its initial successful implementation, the university plans to expand ImageNow campus-wide.

"Perceptive Software's partnership with Datatel and ImageNow's intuitive user interface made the solution an excellent fit for our institution," said Karen Scholbe, director of student accounts. "With ImageNow, we hope to reduce the amount of paper produced, filing time required, and storage space needed for physical records, allowing our staff to be more productive and provide more efficient student service."

ImageNow provides functionality to create links between documents for digital workflow and document management to streamline business processes.

Current users include Towson University in Maryland, Antioch University with five campuses, and Mercer University in Georgia.
