Student Relationship Manager Adds Custom Group Risk Assessment
EducationDynamics has released a new version of Student Relationship Manager, an enrollment and retention tool for higher education.
Student Relationship Manager is a Web-based constituent relationship management (CRM) system that offers the ability to "assess enrollment propensity and student retention risk among individuals and groups," according to the company. A new performance dashboard adds a few new and enhanced capabilities to the system, including custom-defined student segments, student profiles, the ability to track Web page usage and interaction, and prospect and enrollee "hot lists."
