directors, to focus on his responsibilities
as a general partner of investment

Security giant McAfee has
named Dave DeWalt CEO
and president. DeWalt was
most recently executive VP
and president of customer
operations for EMC, a provider of information
management and storage solutions.
CARBONARO MOVES. CourseAdvisor, an online
lead-generation and marketing solutions
provider for higher ed institutions,
has appointed Rob Carbonaro
to VP of sales. Before joining
CourseAdvisor, Carbonaro was VP of
sales and client services at Experience, a
provider of university career networks
for students and alumni.

INTELLIWORKS. Ex-Blackboard VP Jack
Dilanian has joined CRM vendor
Intelliworks as VP of sales. Todd Gibby, former
executive VP of operations at Blackboard,
has joined the Intelliworks
board of directors.
