The application is pre-built specifically for the three enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems most frequently used by higher education: Oracle's PeopleSoft, Sungard Higher Education's Banner Unified Digital Campus, and Datatel.

Oxford University said it will be working with a new research management framework developed by Ideate. Oxford selected the company as its development partner to build a budgeting tool called the Costing and Pricing System, a successor to Resolve, a 20-year old legacy desktop application. Utah Valley University has received a $100,000 donation of equipment and services from Vucci Technology Solutions to outfit the athletic department computer lab with virtual desktops and managed services. The new lab, named the Vucci Computer Lab, is open year-round to all student athletes and their tutors. The virtualization installation is expected to cut power usage by as much as 97 percent.
Allegany College in Cumberland, MD has selected Datatel applications to consolidate administrative and fundraising functions. The college has licensed Datatel Colleague, which will replace a homegrown administration system, as well as Colleague Advancement.
William Penn University has selected Regent Enterprise from Regent Education as its financial aid management solution. The Regent solution, which is Web-based, will be integrated with William Penn's existing database system.
