Coffee and tea service will be available before sessions begin in the morning. Additionally, the hotel restaurant, as well as the Starbucks coffee shop located inside the hotel, are open for breakfast. For all paid attendees, lunch is provided Monday - Wednesday depending on your registration package.

Valet parking is available at the Renaissance at a cost of $27 daily with in-and-out privileges. Self-parking is available at a cost of $6/hour or $22 daily with in-and-out privileges for guests staying at the hotel. Prices are subject to change and availability is limited.
The hotel is closest to Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA,) however Dulles International (IAD) and Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) are also within driving distance. Be a part of pre-conference networking with attendees by checking the "Attendee Networking" box when you register. Prior to the conference you have an opportunity to introduce yourself to other attendees and arrange to meet for lunch, dinner or other break times to network.
You will receive an official receipt on your badge when you check in onsite at the conference. However, if you need a receipt before you arrive, you may request one by writing to campustech@continue.uoregon.edu or by calling the registration office at 1.800.280.6218. Receipts are processed weekly.

A 100% refund less a $50 processing fee will be given for all cancellations requested by June 22. After June 22, no refunds will be given; however, all registrations are transferable to colleagues and associates with written authorization from the original registrant.

Yes, if you include your e-mail address you will receive an e-mail acknowledging your conference registration. A formal confirmation will be sent to you approximately 4 weeks prior to the event.
Admittance to the Exhibit Hall is part of your paid registration package. It is not open for the general public.
No, printers are not provided by show management. However the hotel has a business center with support services for your business needs.
Yes. Wireless access will be available at the event. Please bring your wireless network card with you. However, please note that the signal may not reach all rooms and locations where the conference is being held. The access point will be located in a general area to provide the best access to all attendees. Technical support is not available to assist you in troubleshooting your wireless access card.
There will not be modem lines available to attendees. You may use the line in your room to dial your local ISP.
