The Executive MBA program at the California State University, Sacramento said it has dramatically improved its constituent relationship management processes since implementing Intelliworks CRM last January to track its sales cycles and manage prospects. Formerly, the small admissions department, which also handles admissions for the institution's master's programs in accountancy and advanced business studies, had been managing contacts through a spreadsheet. Communications weren't being tracked at all.

St. Francis Xavier U Tackles Recruitment with CRM

Nova Scotia's St. Francis Xavier University is acquiring the Azorus CRM suite after working with the company's Digital Recruit system for the last year. With Digital Recruit, students at recruiting events fill out a special form with a digital pen that captures the information being written. Recruiters then upload the data stored on the pen to the CRM system, which initiates a communication plan for the student, including an automatic welcome e-mail message.

Mercer U Renovates Administrative Systems

Mercer University will be deploying Campus Management's suite, One Campus Ecosystem. Mercer's implementation of the new system is expected to take 18 months or less and will include all of the vendor's software systems, including the student information system, Web portals, finance and human resources, application programming interfaces, and business intelligence software.
