Registration Deadlines

  • Early Registration Discount Deadline: JUNE 26, 2009
  • Online Registration Deadline: JULY 24, 2009

After July 24, please register onsite. Registration will be limited to space available.

Team Registration Discounts

When three of more people from a single school or organization register at the same time, you can realize savings of up to $200 per person.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

A 100% refund less a $50 processing fee will be given for all cancellations requested by June 26, 2009. After June 26, no refunds will be given; however, all registrations are transferable to colleagues and associates with written authorization from the original registrant.

Special Team Pricing

When one member of your team or organization registers at the individual rates listed below, additional team members (2 or more) can register at the special team rates of $549 for the conference or $749 for pre-conference workshops and conference registration.

Payment Information
  • Check: Make checks payable to 1105 Media/Campus Technology 2009
  • Purchase Order: Multiple registrations may be included on one purchase order; however, a separate registration form must be completed for each conference attendee. A copy of the purchase order must accompany the registrations or the purchase order number and billing information must be completed on the form when mailing or faxing registrations. Enter the purchase order number as the form of payment when registering online and paying with a purchase order.
  • VISA/MC/AMEX: These credit cards are accepted by mail, fax, online and onsite as payment for registration and/or workshops.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations are transferable with written authorization from the original registrant. Cancellations must be in writing and postmarked before June 26, 2009. Cancellations will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after June 26, 2009, was well as "no-shows" are liable for the full registration fee.
