Distance Learning programs are affording students everywhere the opportunity to learn at their convenience. However, the mechanics of test taking has not. Remote students typically have to find proctors, or incur expenses by traveling to test centers. And online testing administered remotely has its risks – the potential for cheating. The University of Alabama & Frontier Nursing University were presented with a challenge that an increasing number of colleges and universities are facing today, how to deliver exams online without compromising exam integrity and still provide accessibility and convenience for students.
