In doing so IT has empowered their clients with the ability to measure the demand for services and tell their story through the use of service management data. This webinar will profile JCCC’s transition to integrated PPM and service management and related trends in the Higher Education industry.

Sandra Warner is the Deputy CIO / Director of Administrative Computing Services at Johnson County Community College, where she serves as architect and advocate for the long-term administrative computing plan. In this role, Warner is responsible for the leadership and management of the Administrative Computing Services division. The division is comprised of project management services and business process improvement support for the enterprise, web development, application administration, database administration, systems management, network/telecommunications infrastructure design and support, providing service and support to all of JCCC’s students and employees.
