Johnson County Community College (JCCC) relies on IT as a strategic partner to continually streamline business processes. JCCC IT Leadership has increased value delivered through efficiencies gained from the integration of portfolios, projects and service request management. Their success has also created momentum across the organization to support many non-IT processes such marketing communications, student services and facilities management.
