Dell to Recall 4.1M Laptop Batteries

After negotiations with the Federal Consumer Protection Safety Commission, Dell is recalling battery packs "included in some models of Dell's Latitude, Inspiron, XTS, and precision mobile workstation notebooks. Dell planned to launch a Web site overnight that would describe the affected models."…

Intel Supports Multicore Education At 45 Universities

CU Cuts Off Access to Students' E-mail

Ouch! Until recently, many nonprofit and commercial groups had been able to purchase and use email lists of students and other addresses from the University of Colorado.
