All Allen University Students Given Cell Phones to Promote Safety
The program, in collaboration with Sprint, provides a cell phone to every Allen University student, along with functionality for checking assignments, text-messaging faculty, and more. By January the university hopes to have its central computer system programmed with a security feature that gives students the option of alerting the university of their whereabouts.
