Peopleclick Helps Universities Refine Affirmative Action Adherence

Talent acquisition firm Peopleclick (Raleigh, NC) has unveiled Peopleclick Higher Education, a compliance service and software tool that helps universities and colleges refine their affirmative action adherence through gathering and analyzing employee data.

SInce the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) recently reported that it would target higher education for affirmative action audits, the new service is designed to help universities collect and customize data to supplement government census data to generate generate diversity plans.

“Colleges and universities face unique challenges when it comes to the business of gathering and cleansing employment data, performing availability analysis and creating affirmative action plans,” said Randy Jesberg, general manager of Peopleclick Affirmative Action Solutions.

To that end, Peopleclick Higher Education Edition can segment the labor market demographics of PhD’s by discipline and represents research doctorates awarded to United States citizens and permanent residents by race, sex, and field of study. Additionally, Peopleclick Higher Education Edition integrates the Survey of Earned Doctorate (SED) data, which is sponsored by the National Science Foundation and five other federal agencies.
