Experian QAS and RuffaloCODY Integrate Address Verification with Auto-phoning Software for Higher Ed Users

Two companies, Experian QAS and RuffaloCODY, have released an integrated edition of their software intended for colleges, universities, public broadcasting organizations, Greek organizations, and other nonprofits. QAS for RuffaloCODY combines QAS Pro Web for address validation on Web sites and intranets with RuffaloCODY's new CampusCall 3.3 phonathon automation software.

The integration allows call centers at colleges and universities to enter addresses into their customer relationship management systems, such as those gathered through Web site forms, that have been verified for accuracy. The software also enables schools to maintain current information about alumni addresses.

"Student recruiting and alumni fundraising are increasingly challenging for colleges and universities due to today's competitive landscape," said Joel Curry, COO, Experian QAS. "This integration provides nonprofits with the ability to ensure contact data is accurate, allowing them to more effectively and efficiently communicate, recruit and fundraise."

RufaloCODY customers include Providence College in Rhode Island, California State University, Fresno, and Pace University in New York.
