Brigham Young University-Idaho is partnering with
AxisPointe to employ a work order system to better allocate resources and personnel for facilities management. The implementation of the Computerized Maintenance Management System started this summer and will continue over the next two years. The campus is 430 acres and consists of about three dozen structures.
"AxisFM's product aligned with our overall goal of providing the highest standard in campus maintenance to enhance the learning environment," said Wayne Clark, physical facilities operations director. "They provide a solid technology that will be an integral part of effectively managing our facilities and staying cost effective."
AxisFM is a Web-based facility management system that helps users assess facility conditions, optimize space, and manage capital assets.
