AVI-SPL Intros New 'Control Room in a Box'
System integration company AVI-SPL has launched a new Network Operations Center (NOC) solution called Control Room in a Box. CriB, said the company, is custom-designed for installation in less than a day.
The CRiB includes a large screen display system with primary and secondary monitors, a video processor for source and display management, desktop monitors for operational situational awareness, and an operator console and chair.
Offered for NOC applications such as campus-wide security and network operations monitoring, the CRiB uses industry-standard components and is designed for affordability. The system is also scalable and expandable, said the company.
