InFocus Classroom Projectors Add Split Screen Option
InFocus is shipping two new projectors with feature sets that make them designed for classroom applications. The new IN5534 and IN5504 come with a new splitscreen display option that eliminates the need for multiple displays when video conferencing, using white boards, or collaborating.
The IN5534 and IN5504 are DLP-based projectors using Texas Instruments' BrilliantColor technology. They are specified at WUXGA (1,920 x 1,200) resolution, and both projectors are network-ready (and wireless-ready) with analog and HD video connectivity.
The projectors offer a brightness of up to 7,000 lumens, and the IN5534 can be purchased with a dual lamp option that accommodates 24/7 operation. They are equipped with motorized lens shift and interchangeable optics so they can be used for both short-throw and ultra long-throw projection.
The two models offer unique customizable skins and cable management, allowing owners to blend the projector into the environment. Custom case parts come in multiple colors--white, black, walnut, or ready to paint.
