William Jessup U Adopts Online System to Manage Student Lifecycle

William Jessup University, a small, private residential college in Rocklin, CA, outside Sacramento, has adopted a new Web-based administrative system for managing its student lifecycle processes. The 700-student university has moved to CAMS Enterprise, a set of online applications from Three River Systems.

"WJU strives to adapt to the latest in technology," said Chief Financial Officer Gene De Young. "Running social media, portals, blogs, online testing and much more are givens for today's generation of students. Our students have high expectations that we must meet or exceed and CAMS helps us meet that need. With CAMS we can focus our resources on serving our students rather than dealing with IT issues."

CAMS Enterprise is built around a single database--Microsoft SQL Server--and includes modules for constituent relationship management, student registration, financial aid, billing, fundraising, portals with self-service, and course management. The modular nature of the program allows customers to integrate new applications as they're needed.
