William Paterson U Adopts CRM in Marketing Efforts

William Paterson University is implementing a new customer relationship management system to help make its communications with prospective students more timely and relevant.

The public institution, which has 11,361 students, has selected an application from Nova Scotia-based Azorus to stay in touch with constituents and help ensure its competitive positioning against other schools in the New Jersey region.

"With the capabilities provided by Azorus we will be much better at providing relevant and timely information to our inquirers, applicants, and admitted students," said Colleen Fuller, director of Admissions. "Our prospective students expect accurate information, and we will be able to meet or even exceed their expectations."

Azorus, which specializes in CRM specifically for higher education, also claims Arkansas State University and Ryerson University in Toronto, among others, as clients.
