Datamark NoahIQ Partnership Brings Live Chat to Colleges Universities

Through a partnership, NoahIQ will provide live online video chat technology to colleges and universities that are clients of enrollment marketing company Datamark. The technology will be used to facilitate conversations among prospective students and university admissions, financial aid advisors, and other employees.

Datamark provides data-driven enrollment marketing services to higher education institutions to help recruit students. Services include research, conversion enhancement, and prospective generation. NoahIQ is a Web-based platform that provides the tools for live video, audio, and text chat.

Other features of NoahIQ include:

  • The capability to share enrollment documents, Web links, videos, and other supporting content;
  • The ability to have multiple university employees participating in live chat with a student simultaneously;
  • Rule-based analytics; and
  • Capture of potential students' device type, browser, and search data.

Universities and colleges that want to use NoahIQ need an Internet connection, browser, and Webcam. Datamark will make ongoing NoahIQ training available to its clients.
