Sullivan Adds Business Intelligence Software, Dashboards
Sullivan
University, based in Louisville, KY, has adopted management software with internal dashboards in an effort to help executives make better informed decisions. The university chose InetSoft Technology's Style Scope.
InetSoft's focus traditionally has been on business
intelligence
software and most recently on mashup-driven big data analytics and
reporting.
The technology it is providing Sullivan will integrate its Style Scope
with the
university's existing applications for internal use with real-time
dashboards.
Previously, according to the university, executives would have to make
individual requests for reports via its IT department as questions arose.
This
way, Sullivan will be able to deliver more up-to-date information via
tablets
and mobile phones.

InetSoft's Style Scope should provide Sullivan University executives with enough up-to-date information to make better decisions. |

With nearly 6,000 students, Sullivan University is the
largest private university in Kentucky, spread out over four campuses
along
with an online component.
"What's really making a difference for us is the
ability to
give our executives immediate access to specific information in a format
that
is easy to use and understand," said Sullivan Chief Technology Officer
Mike
Grosse.
InetSoft Chief Marketing Officer Mark Flaherty said,
"Sullivan
University is a great example of how access to real-time interactive
dashboards
can empower executives to lead and manage better."
