Pepperdine's Graziadio School Dumps Paper Course Catalogs

Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management has abandoned the age-old print and PDF course catalog in favor of a new e-catalog based on technology from Digital Architecture.

The online catalog makes it easier for students and faculty to search, save and share information on courses, programs and policies. Digital Architecture's Acalog academic catalog management system provides content-specific search, personalization features, social media links and mobile connectivity.

Graziadio staff went through a 14-week implementation and training period before launching the school's e-catalog for the 2014-2015 academic year. "Acalog empowered us to update and publish our catalog in half the time," said James Berneking, academic affairs project manager – accreditation, in a press release. "Additionally, we are tremendously excited to see how Acalog will enhance the catalog experience for students."
