Kaseya and TeamDynamix Partner to Strengthen Data Security

In an effort to help digitally connected colleges and universities avoid cyberattacks and protect institutional data, IT management solutions provider Kaseya has joined forces with TeamDynamix, a provider of cloud-based work management software.

Through the partnership, the companies have integrated Kaseya VSA with the TDX Platform. Higher ed institutions can now:

  • Proactively monitor system issues by receiving immediate notifications when issues arise;
  • Respond to open tickets quicker with enhanced systems visibility;
  • Deliver faster response times for repairs;
  • Utilize a single system to manage their services.

“To meet today’s complex requirements for both students and employees to have enhanced digital experiences from any device, colleges and universities need to be smarter about their IT investments. Not only are they responsible for empowering learning, but they must also mitigate operational, reputational and cybersecurity risk,” said Mike Puglia, chief product officer at Kaseya, in a prepared statement. “Kaseya’s partnership with TeamDynamix allows higher ed institutions to successfully navigate this time of transformation and adapt so that they can maintain their competitive edge without sacrificing security or accountability.”

Kaseya is exhibiting in booth 1478 at the Educause 2016 conference taking place in Anaheim, CA this week. TeamDynamix is exhibiting in booth 201.
