Session 1: What Digital Transformation Means in Higher Ed
Digital transformation is critical to the future of higher education, but at the same time it can be difficult to define. To gain some insight on the topic, Campus Technology surveyed stakeholders at colleges and universities across the country about the goals and challenges their institutions are grappling with in their Dx journeys. In this session, we will present results from the survey along with analysis from a panel of higher education leaders.

Campus Technology's 2022 Digital Transformation Survey found that budget limitations are the biggest barrier to Dx in higher ed. One key to overcoming that hurdle: Using data to articulate the value of IT and benchmark with peer institutions. In this session, we’ll explore the resources available through Educause's Core Data Service and how to put together a data-rich argument for investment in IT projects.
