The Huddlewall platform is designed for Windows-based applications for teams and groups.
Scalable Display Technologies, a software provider for multi-projector display systems and collaboration solutions, launched a new collaboration display system that is scalable in size and functionality.
Announced at InfoComm16, the Huddlewall collaboration system uses multiple HD projectors and a rigid projection surface to scale a Windows desktop display to an over-sized electric whiteboard of up to 24-feet wide. Huddlewall is designed for collaborative workspaces, training facilities and flipped classroom learning environments.
The platform can be used for the following applications:
- Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) applications;
- Agile Software Development tools;
- LEAN management tools;
- Training software packages;
- Tools for architecture, engineering and construction professionals; and
- Ideation/brainstorming.
“The company has invested many years of R&D to arrive at a truly scalable and robust solution,” said Andrew W. Jamison, president and CEO of Scalable Display Technologies, in a prepared statement. "Huddlewall is an elegant integration of many state-of-the-art technologies: GPU, projector, pen interface, edge blending and other screen technologies. Our scalable electronic whiteboard fills a need in many technology-reliant vertical markets and has been designed to keep pace as workplace collaboration evolves."
Scalable Display Technologies is exhibiting in booth #N2727.
