Augusta U Streamlines Grad Admissions

Augusta University has teamed up with a private partner in an effort to streamline its graduate admissions process.

The university chose Admissions Management (UniCas) from Liaison International, which is designed specifically for graduate admissions and offers tools to maintain diverse requirements for various graduate programs, a centralized window offering an overview of admissions performance and application processing and verification services.

"We receive more than 1,000 applicants each year," said Mitchell Watsky, dean of the Graduate School at Augusta, in a prepared statement. "This new application service will allow us to expend less resources on manual application processing and more time building relationships with prospective students."

"We're excited to work with Augusta University on its student recruitment goals," said George Haddad, founder and CEO of Liaison, in a news release. "The improvements in applicant experience offered by UniCAS will not only increase inquiries, applications, admits and enrollments, but also provide the university with the unified data needed to better engage students and increase brand awareness."
