Liaison International Acquires CRM, Marketing Services Supplier Spectrum
Liaison
International, a company that provides enrollment management
software and
services to higher education, has acquired Spectrum
Edu Solutions, a company
that provides customer relations management and marketing software and
services
to higher ed.
Liaison
representatives
said the addition of Spectrum's automated student marketing platform
will enable it to provide products and services to colleges and
universities
that span the entire lifecycle of enrollment management and student
marketing.
"Higher
education
institutions are looking for integrated solutions to improve their
recruitment efforts, student communications and applicant experience,"
said
Liaison CEO and President Michael Behringer. "Spectrum's CRM and
marketing
solutions are a natural extension to our admissions platform and will
expand
our ability to help schools admit the right applicant."
Liaison
said
that, with the products and services provided by Spectrum, the company
will be able to provide higher ed institutions with a holistic
application
process that will help them identify the best-fit applicants for their
colleges
and universities.

institutions
struggle with having the right tools and enough resources to
manage all the critical tasks throughout the admissions process," said
former
Spectrum President Scott Mallen, who is now president of CRM Solutions
