Nokia, MIT Open Joint Research Lab

Mobile phone company Nokia has partnered up with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) to develop technologies for future mass markets. Cisco Looks to University Students for Ideas

Cisco Systems and MTV's college network, mtvU have announced a cash contest for students to create new broadband content. Cisco hopes creative college students can come up with some innovative ideas for their company's future. The "Digital Incubator" program selects 10 student groups that will each get $25,000 in cash to fund projects aimed at developing content for broadband users…(CNET News.com)
