FETC, a part of 1105 Media's Educational Technology Group, and CUE, a leading producer of professional development events for the educational technology community, are partnering to produce an annual event in Northern California, beginning October 2008. This conference will target K-20 educators, the education community, and administrators of all levels and will focus on identifying and sharing innovative teaching and learning solutions to enhance student achievement. FETC holds one of the nation's premier educational technology conferences in Florida each year, while CUE produces the largest educational technology conference on the West Coast.

"CUE is proud to partner with FETC to deliver a top-flight educational technology conference in Northern California. Working with the experienced staff behind the FETC conference, we expect to redefine the conference experience for attendees and exhibitors, advancing student learning," said Mike Lawrence, executive director, CUE.

"We are extremely excited about the opportunity to team up with CUE, whose outstanding credentials and integrity speak volumes for the quality service they provide. CUE has been a leader in educational technology since its inception, and we believe our bi-coastal partnership will offer expanded opportunities for educators to learn from leaders in the field, as well as from each other, on how to make the classroom a more dynamic and exciting place to learn," added Mike Eason, executive director, FETC.

Details on the Northern California event will be released in early 2008.
