Campus Technology Introduces New Magazine App

Chatsworth, CA —1105 Media Education Group launches the new Campus Technology magazine app with their February 2013 issue, giving all subscribers a new interactive magazine-reading experience. The app delivers all the latest in higher education technology news, multimedia features, and interactive content of the digital magazine and is designed and formatted specifically for the Apple iPad®.

"We wanted to provide our subscribers with immediate navigation to the full multimedia version of the digital magazine on their iPads. Now readers of Campus Technology will experience dynamic editorial content, and on-demand access to current and archived issues of the digital magazine," says Wendy LaDuke, President and Group Publisher, Education Group.

The app features all sections of the digital magazine including links to videos, live web feeds, websites, microsites, product information, photo slideshows, and much more. It also features offline reading, quick and easy bookmarking, and share options for articles, interviews, videos, and slideshows across social media and e-mail.

This new app is optimized for the iPad retina display, providing enhanced readability for all users.  And with the expert functionality and portability of the iPad, users are able to customize their Campus Technology display options.

After 24 years, Campus Technology went completely digital in August 2012, launching higher education's first browser-based all-digital version of the magazine, complete with the same interactive multimedia features that will now be available on the iPad. The online magazine and new magazine app are provided to subscribers free of charge. All subscribers will have access to the new magazine app with the new February 2013 issue.
