Campus Technology $5,000 Grand Prize Winner Announced

Chatsworth, CA — 1105 Media Education Group and Campus Technology digital magazine announced the very first grand prize winner of the Campus Technology $5,000 dream vacation getaway for two on Feb. 25, 2013.

Congratulations to luxury vacation giveaway winner Michelle Dunn, CIO at Trine University in Angola, IN. "I enjoy Campus Technology because of the articles written by my peers from other institutions concerning real world applications of technology.  I feel very lucky and am thrilled to be the winner of the vacation giveaway!" exclaimed Dunn as she was announced the grand prize winner of a four-day/three-night ultimate dream vacation package for two worth $5,000 including: luxury accommodations, roundtrip air transfers for two, ground transportation, welcome amenities, activities for two (choice of golf, tennis or spa), and daily breakfasts.

"We value all our subscribers and we are thrilled to offer prizes in celebration of Campus Technology's transition to an all-digital multimedia magazine. Congratulations to Michelle Dunn, a loyal reader of Campus Technology and winner of our $5,000 vacation for two luxury getaway. As we move forward, we will continue to offer our subscribers the very best interactive content with our digital magazine and new mobile app, and many more opportunities to win," says Wendy LaDuke, President and Group Publisher, 1105 Media Education Group.

After 24 years, Campus Technology went completely digital in August 2012, launching higher education's first browser-based all-digital version of the magazine, complete with leading interactive multimedia features. And earlier this month Campus Technology launched a new magazine iPad app with its February 2013 issue, giving all readers a new interactive magazine-reading experience. Subscribers had the opportunity to be automatically entered into the grand prize drawing each time they accessed the digital magazine from Aug. 2012 through Dec. 2012.

Campus Technology also announced for the remainder of 2013 that they will continue to give away an iPad® mini each month to subscribers who access the current month's issue of the magazine through the online browser-based version or the new iPad magazine app. Subscribers can increase their chances of winning each time they view an issue via the e-mail link or their iPad app. Drawing and notification of the winners will be held at the beginning of each month.
