Jenzabar Intros CRM for Continuing Ed

Jenzabar, a provider of software and services for higher education, has released Jenzabar Higher Reach CRM, a customer relationship management system for continuing education. The software was designed to help admissions and recruitment staff to meet enrollment goals.

According to a news release from the Jenzabar, Higher Reach CRM helps recruiters send timely and relevant communications to prospects, streamline administrative tasks, and monitor progress. It can track potential continuing education candidates from recruitment to enrollment to program completion. "The Jenzabar Higher Reach CRM reduces time spent on administrative enrollment duties and allows recruiters to focus on communicating with prospective students in the right way, at the right time," said Peter Dupre, vice president of enrollment at Jenzabar, in a prepared statement.

Key features of Jenzabar Higher Reach CRM include:
