PortalGuard Now Compatible with Office 365

PistolStar is now integrating its user authentication product PortalGuard with Office 365, letting admins verify and secure identities on the cloud storage platform, and retrieve lost passwords.

Among the security features:

  • Self Service Password Reset (SSPR)
  • Single Sign-on (SSO)
  • Two-factor Authentication

Using PortalGuard's SSPR, students and faculty can reset their passwords right from the web. The SSO feature lets students and faculty access various applications, like Blackboard, Office 365, and Google Apps, from one login.
