Jenzabar Web Portal Adds New Enrollment and Retention Systems

Software company Jenzabar has released a new enrollment Constituent Relationship Module (CRM) to its Jenzabar Internet Campus Solution (JICS), an online portal for connecting stakeholders and providing them access to information and data. Modules on recruitment and retention are also being added.

The new enrollment module is designed for enrollment managers and features tools to drive outreach and recruitment, as well as the ability to keep tabs on the process. Users can also create and analyze recruitment goals and monitor how students are progressing. A separate recruitment module is offered via the Web-based Salesforce platform for finding and connecting with prospective students.

The retention module includes predictive modeling technology as well as a system for tracking alerts. A service team is available to work with advisory groups to perform detailed assessments, including research and interviews, and provide recommendations specific to the institution.

Jenzabar is exhibiting at the Educause conference in Orlando at booth No. 1101.
