The AC12 Security Charging Cabinet offers capacity and recharging for up to 12 mobile devices, including laptops, tablets and Chromebooks 14 inches and smaller.

A new security cabinet from Kensington offers capacity and recharging for up to 12 mobile devices, including laptops, tablets and Chromebooks 14 inches and smaller. The AC12 Security Charging Cabinet has slide-out drawers for fast check-in and check-out. The devices inside the cabinet can be simultaneously charged up to 90 watts each.

Priced at about $700, the AC12 includes a tamper-resistant door with a Kensington lock and allows for the use of an optional cable lock for additional security.

The cabinet includes free-spinning wheels with dual wheel locks on the two front wheels. It weighs 78 pounds and is sized at 28.1 inches by 16.5 inches by 23.2 inches. It's expected to be available in mid-July 2016.
