Constituent Relationship Management
Central Wyoming College Automates Admissions with Enrollment Rx
A two-year community college with more than 1,800 students enrolled is automating its admissions processes with a cloud-based constituent relationship management (CRM) program. Central Wyoming College (CWC) announced its selection of Enrollment Rx to improve its recruitment strategy.
According to a statement from the company, CWC faced low enrollment numbers and budget restrictions. The community college previously used antiquated recruiting software in conjunction with spreadsheets and Google Sheets. For these reasons, it was difficult for administrators to “connect the dots” and determine why students were considering CWC.
The school’s admissions staff sat through hours of demos with multiple vendors before choosing Enrollment Rx. The cloud-based solution was selected for its broad recruitment strategy that is “proactive, consistent and efficient when communicating with applicants and students” in order to increase engagement and improve yield rates.
"All of the things that we struggled with in terms of keeping track of a student record have now come together in a single system with Enrollment Rx," said Patrick Edwards, CWC’s director of admissions, in a statement.
Enrollment Rx captures all data related to applicant and student participation, including campus tours and other campus events. With the new program, the admissions and marketing teams at CWC can “determine what the ideal CWC student looks like and inform how to better pursue and meet the needs of those students,” and create a consistent message across channels, according to a statement.
"Automation was a must. It was taking us way too long to get things done manually," said Edwards. "I look forward to the Enrollment Rx functionality that will help us stay laser focused on follow-ups and touch points that we need to have. There's so much ground we can gain in freeing up time that can be spent talking to students and building relationships."
Further information about the CRM is available on the Enrollment Rx site.
