ThriveDX Announces Enterprise Solutions Partnerships to Train Cybersecurity Professionals

Cybersecurity education provider ThriveDX has announced its new partnership initiative, Enterprise Solutions, to train tech students from the "classroom to the boardroom" to fill high-paying and in-demand cybersecurity jobs in the global workforce and to increase diversity and inclusion across the industry.

The company said it was formed and rebranded from a group of cyber skills companies acquired by edtech and cybersecurity firm HackerU. Its goal is to address the cybersecurity talent shortage and skills gap by training students and employees in "human factor" security skills. According to research by Cybersecurity Ventures, 95% of cyber attacks are caused by human error, with cyber crime projected to cost $10.5 trillion by 2025, ThriveDX noted. Unifying all of its enterprise products, and using SCORM e-learning files, ThriveDX will offer programs for all levels in an organization, including application security for developers and engineers, beyond-awareness training for non-technical positions, specialized C-suite training, and cyber talent matching. "The amazing thing about human error is that it's preventable and avoidable with the right tools, training, and understanding," said Roy Zur, CEO, ThriveDX's Enterprise Division.

ThriveDX's collaboration with universities has helped "nearly 50,000 bootcamp graduates to fill open cybersecurity jobs," the company said. ThriveDX recently hosted a TDX Tech Summit, with speakers from industry leaders such as Google, Microsoft, IBM Cloud, LinkedIn, and others. To learn more, visit the ThriveDX website.
