Ping HD Debuts Digital Signage Management Platform

Ping HD has launched EngagePHD, digital signage software designed to support Samsung's system on chip (SoC) Smart Signage Platform (SSP) displays and LG webOS displays.

A Web-based design, content management and network monitoring tool, features of EngagePHD include:

  • An intuitive drag-and-drop interface requiring little to no training;
  • The ability to update via a mobile device using responsive design;
  • The ability to integrate with point-of-sale systems;
  • A module for events management;
  • An HTML custom widget editor, allowing users to design their own widgets or have one designed by Ping HD's team;
  • The ability to pull "real-time data from the Samsung SSP displays, providing confidence to its users that the displays are on and functioning as expected," and to receive email updates, according to a news release.

EngagePHD is also compatible with Windows 7 and 8.1 media players and HTML5 ready IAdea digital signage devices. More information is available at pinghd.com.
