Boxlight Rolls Out Short-Throw Interactive Whiteboard Projector
Boxlight has rolled out a new short-throw version of its ProjectWrite2 interactive whiteboard projection system, ProjectWrite2/W.
The new system is an LCD projector that uses a light pen, stylus or mouse to allow students and teachers to manipulate text, images, and data on the projected screen.
The Projector features a short-throw lens that shows a 60-inch image from a distance of 48 inches and an 80-inch image from a distance of 64 inches. It offers a resolution of 1,024 x 728 (XGA), a brightness of 3,000 lumens, and a zoom ratio of 1.2:1.
Other features include:
- Dual RGB inputs (YpbPr);
- Support for 1080i, 720p, 576i/p, and 480i/p HD;
- 3.55 mm audio inputs;
- Stylus and light pen;
- Keyboard connectivity;
- Whiteboard software; and
- A screen capture utility.
