Mercyhurst College To Reach Out with CRM

Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA will be implementing customer relationship management (CRM) and digital recruiting tools from Azorus. Mercyhurst, with about 3,000 students, is the first institution to use the Digital Recruit solution in the United States. The service optimizes recruiting efforts by delivering personalized communications to students interested in attending the college.

Digital Recruit captures prospective student information electronically and automatically delivers personalized emails to students immediately following a recruitment event.

"Azorus brings two important pieces together for us with this solution; an exemplary support model to build a business partnership and a unique suite of tools enabling us to greatly enhance the way we currently manage and communicate with our prospective students," said Christopher Coons, director of admissions.

The Azorus CRM suite of tools has been designed for higher education. Current users include The University of Warwick in the United Kingdom and St. Francis Xavier University in Halifax, Canada.
