Mac-Gray To Take LaundryView Service to UK Campuses

Two companies will be working together to provide online laundry alert services to students in the UK. Mac-Gray Corp., which sells a Web-based laundry monitoring service for use in college and university residence halls, will be partnering with UK-based Circuit Managed Laundry Systems, which runs laundries within the higher ed environment.

Mac-Gray's LaundryView connects laundry machines to the Internet, enabling students to check the availability of washers and dryers or the status of their laundry cycles from a computer or cell phone. Mac-Gray and Circuit are working together to design Web site applications that will work specifically on UK campuses. The service is currently available on appliances installed in 2,000 laundry rooms in colleges and universities in the United States and Canada.
