Premier Ed Adds Sparkroom Lead Management to Private College Marketing Efforts

Premier Education Group, which has 21 privately owned campuses in northeastern states, has selected technology from Sparkroom to manage its student leads. Sparkroom's Lead Deliver and Lead IQ platforms automate lead capture, validation, and distribution.

"We have always managed our vendor relationships in-house but we have lacked a technology platform that can aggregate, validate, and distribute our leads quickly and efficiently," said Tony McPeck, vice president of marketing at Premier. "We selected Sparkroom Lead Deliver to solve those problems. In addition, Sparkroom Lead IQ offers one central point of access for all of our key marketing and sales data. By implementing Lead IQ with Lead Deliver, we expect to drive increased marketing efficiency and profitability--allowing us to grow our business more quickly."

The Sparkroom Lead Deliver platform provides functionality for:

  • Real-time lead capture, which compiles leads from direct response channels into a central database;
  • Lead validation and scrubbing to reduce fraudulent, duplicate, and invalid leads before they're used for followup;
  • A lead delivery engine to deliver valid leads to multiple destinations based on distribution rules; and
  • Integration with constituent relationship management and student information systems. Pre-built connectors allow the user to insert new leads and extract conversion and admissions data.

Premier's schools include Salter College in West Boylston, MA; Branford Hall in Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts; and Seacoast Career Schools in Maine and New Hampshire, among others.
