Infinite Campus Partners with Vanco Services for Payment Processing

Starting this summer, Infinite Campus, which sells a multitude of applications for K-12 administration, will be adding electronic payment processing to its online registration program through an alliance with Vanco Services. Vanco is a Payment Card Industry (PCI) service provider that offers electronic payment processing for recurring and one-time transactions.

The new capability will allow Infinite Campus customers to process payment cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover and also to process payments as direct debits from a checking or savings account.

The integration is expected to eliminate the need for customers to do bulk data uploads with a third-party online system and provide the ability to have real-time transactions.

This new feature is integrated with Campus Fees and Campus Food Service. But it can also be used by districts with third-party food service, fees, library, transportation, or other fee-generating modules.

"The Campus team is excited to deliver Campus Online Payments," said Burke Stucker, a business manager for the company. "With this new functionality, parents and guardians will be able to make payments online for one child or the entire household through an intuitive user interface within the Campus Portal. This will eliminate lost checks, detailing transactional information, and providing payment history."
