Campus Management Launches CRM Consulting Practice

Campus Management is establishing a consulting practice to help higher education institutions make better use of their constituent relationship management (CRM) systems.

The practice will help institutions make their CRM systems more student-centric and will work with the company's product management team to make sure new products are relevant to the needs of institutions.

The practice will be led by Denise Groves, who has been vice president of enrollment management at Sul Ross State University and dean of enrollment at Tarleton State University, both in Texas.

"CRM is a key strategic enabler to further goals of an institution," Groves said. "As a practice leader at Campus Management, my first-hand practical experience can help growth-minded institutions avoid pitfalls and develop a strong strategy to excel."

The focus of the practice will be student enrollment and is expected to help institutions develop the ability to:

  • Establish goals for quality, quantity and diversity
  • Leverage technology to drive student engagement, and
  • Improve student recruitment and retention results.

James Squires, vice president of professional services at Campus Management, said the goal of the strategic consulting practice will be to help colleges and universities take full advantage of their investment in technology and use best practices to improve recruitment and retention.
