Colorado Community College System Selects Identity Management for 13 Schools

The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) has selected an identity management solution for 13 schools serving 144,000 students across the state.

CCCS chose to adopt TridentHE, from Aegis Identity Software, to provide the foundation for identity management infrastructure through password management, new user onboarding, identity synchronization and user activity auditing.

"This solution will positively impact CCCS' cyber security initiatives, enhance the student/faculty digital campus experience and offload calls to the IT helpdesk, all of which will provide a positive return on investment to the administration," according to a news release.

"We are happy and proud to have been awarded the Colorado Community College System's identity management business," said Bob Lamvik, CEO at Aegis Identity Software, in a prepared statement. "TridentHE will provide this network a robust solution developed specifically for higher education, which will establish an identity management foundation supporting the evolving requirements of the system into the future."
