Key Digital Launches New Technology to Enhance Video Distribution, Digital Signage

        Key Digital, which
manufactures technology for HDTV, has introduced three new HDMI
switchers that
can enhance the use of campus-wide video distribution and digital
signage.
The new HD over IP devices
allow an expandable system that can be scaled to fit just about any
installation and can add up 1,024 Tx (transmitting) units and unlimited
Rx (receiving)
units for customization purposes.
The new KD-IP120Tx supports
HDMI pass-through to receive video or extract audio on the transmitting
side.
With the new KD-IP120Tx or the KD-IP120Rx extenders, you can expand a
system by
up to 64 Tx units or 512 Rx units.
Other features of the new
switchers:
    - The ability to connect
    through a network IP switch or point-to-point;
