Western Technical College Uses Workforce Efficiency Software to Support Students

To serve students both online and on-campus, Western Technical College in Texas has rolled out Conext.me, a cloud-based communication, e-sign and workflow platform designed for career, traditional and community colleges.

Conext offers bi-direction text-based communications, e-signatures, no-download video chat and more. AI-enhanced workflows help reduce repetitive actions and nudge students to complete tasks. Completed documents can be stored within the software or automatically uploaded to a school's student information system. In addition, Conext's career services features allow administrators to manage job postings, create job alerts, and build résumés and career websites for students and graduates.

"We make a promise to every student. Conext helps us fulfill that promise regardless of where the student is physically," commented Brad Kuykendall, CEO of Western Technical College, in a statement. "Conext enables us to communicate with students virtually via text, e-mail and video. We can continue delivering our programs to students online, as a online-offline hybrid or on our campuses."
