Ellucian Partners with Tata Consultancy Services for Higher Education

Higher education technology company Ellucian announced it has partnered with global IT company Tata Consultancy Services to serve higher education needs on a global scale. The partners' goals are to increase student retention rates, streamline time and complex tasks for faculty, staff, and administrators, and digitize student lifecycle processes for universities and colleges with efficient and cost-effective strategies.

Ellucian brings its expertise in product solutions, including transitioning customers to an SaaS product platform, while Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) brings its collaborative consulting experience in software development, utilizing its own Location Independent Agile delivery model. "With higher education going through a massive revamp, this strategic partnership will help educational institutions to digitally transform and reimagine their technology landscape," said Ankur Mathur, Head, Education Unit, TCS.
