Gravyty Merges with AI-Powered Student Engagement Companies Ivy.ai and Ocelot

Gravyty, a provider of alumni and donor engagement and fundraising solutions, has announced a merger with AI-powered student enrollment and engagement companies Ivy.ai and Ocelot. The combined company will operate under the Gravyty brand.

By incorporating Ivy.ai and Ocelot's AI technologies, Gravyty will deliver "a modern, seamless experience that improves student outcomes, drives institutional efficiency, and enhances long-term engagement," the company said. The combined platform will provide a single solution for recruitment, enrollment, retention, and fostering lifelong alumni relationships, with 24/7 multilingual AI support, personalized student guidance, and data-driven insights to optimize resources and enhance student success.
