Sharp Previews Big Displays at InfoComm

This week at InfoComm 2012 in Las Vegas, Sharp unveiled its newest interactive and large-screen LED displays.

Scheduled to come on the market in 2013, Sharp’s line of commercial 4K2K LED displays provide four times 1080p resolution: in other words, quad HD resolution of up to 3,840 x 2,160 pixels. The large-format interactive displays will be available in 32-, 60-, and 70-inch screen size classes.

Sharp is also previewing its new 90-inch LED digital display, the largest addition to the company's large-screen portfolio. Targeted for first quarter of 2013 availability, the 90-inch display features a full-array LED backlight and HD 1080p resolution.

Also on view at the show: Sharp's PN-E line of large-format LED monitors (in 60-, 70-, and 80-inch screen size classes), designed for 24/7 operation in high-traffic applications; the Aquos Board interactive display system, a backlit touch-panel display available in 60-, 70-, and 80-inch screen size classes; the PN-V602 video wall monitor, with an ultra-slim bezel for near-seamless video wall displays; and the 60-inch PN-A601, an LED digital signage display with 1080p resolution.
