Terra Dotta Unveils Plan to Integrate Generative AI Into Global Management Platform

Global engagement tech provider Terra Dotta will incorporate generative AI into its platform to save time and resources by automating outgoing study abroad and incoming international marketing communications, the company said in a release. The new integration will be demonstrated at the NAFSA: Association of International Educators 2023 annual conference and expo in Washington, D.C., May 30 through June 1, 2023.

Generative AI will help the users to eliminate repetition in planning and organizing programming communications, according to the release. The AI-enabled platform will be able to:

  • Create templates for e-mail, brochures, and text messages;
  • Create targeted appropriate client communications by tone and topic; and
  • Produce draft communications quickly, reducing staff time.

Terra Dotta's cloud-based platform manages outgoing study abroad, incoming international student and scholar services (ISSS), and travel risk management, including a traveler alert mobile app. The addition of generative AI will make its tasks much more efficient, said company CEO Anthony Rotoli.
